Other continuity question. Cas says they need to find Lucifer. Lucifer just took over Heaven. Cas has told the guys what he has heard on "angel radio" on other episodes, even ones this season. How the heck did he miss the news bulletin about Lucifer TAKING OVER HEAVEN? I mean that's a pretty big thing to miss. Did he decide to switch over to easy listening? Did Lucifer decide to keep his taking over Heaven quiet? Lucifer has never seemed like a keep things quiet type of guy.
