After Rosie died, though, he did sail West--it's in the Appendices. (I want to say Celeborn, Elladan, and Elrohir were on that same ship, but that may be fanon... I'm 90% sure it was the last ship, though, because Legolas and Gimli had to build their own after Aragorn died.)
