Ahhh! I'm so glad you wrote this coda. This is everything I needed. I love Sam easily recognizing Dean's stages of 'Sam Getting Injured'. Their interactions were so pure and true to the Winchesters, of course. The fact that Sam's first though on waking is for Dean and Dean only isn't there because they practically dragged him away? That's the stuff I like. Thanks for this!
