(As for Lucifer not being dead... Someone wrote a really good fix-it for that involving Rowena and Sam doing this major spell to put Lucifer down and keep him down forever. It was really, really good. Apparently no one who writes for the Show has any fucking common sense about this shit. Pardon my French.)
