Justin!Sam didn't shave, and he also got a ponytail instead of a haircut!!! (not that I'm complaining ;)

It feels to me that they're setting up Jack as being a big bad, but I really hope it's red herring. Maybe another big bad will show up, and then they won't be sure if Jack really is on their side.
