Ohhhh... this is lovely! Sam's fevered mind is a wonderful, distressing place to explore, and the pain and bleeding and Dean and Charlie are just everything I love.

This reminds me of a Supernatural fanfic challenge years and years ago where participants each signed up for a different episode and wrote a little Sam-centric h/c missing scene or coda for it. This is such a great fandom playground for h/c junkies, and you are one of the best writers for satisfying that craving!
