As always, a great and hilarious review! And...SAM! I love you for all the pretty.

Bob Berens, the writer, said that Rowena was a hallucination, which is why she disappeared in a puff of green smoke. Which explains why she couldn't do the same thing when Sam chained her up, or even before he dragged her into the whatever-it-is.
