I loved this episode. I even liked Rowena. Turns out when she's on her own, away from Crowley, she seems twice as evil and actually kind of rad. Just like how Crowley was more awesome when he was hanging out with Dean, and not Rowena. Might be because we'd all have liked to be her rubbing against Sam and running her fingers over her arms.
I was a little sad at the end that Sam cuffed her... mind you, he really had no good options so the cuffs seem like the best of a bad bunch of choices, but she was fun to watch as the new devil on Sam's shoulder. There's just something about Sam and evil women...
I'm going to assume the blood basin actually drained into the box somehow. It makes the most sense. LALALA-what-do-you-mean-the-writers-haven't-understood-how-to-handle-blood-loss-since-back-with-the-vampires-in-season9-LALALALALALA But Sam is especially all kinds of awesome when he's pushed himself to the brink of near death, so I'll take it.
This episode was wonderfully Sam-ful in my opinion. I'm hoping between this week and last week, it's the start of a trend that will last well into season 11.
