I love your screencaps, so keep them up. I pay extra for higher speed Internet for just this purpose! I really loved this episode, although that is an emotional response because the canon killers did it again. I mean somewhere Lilith should be having a fit because she didn't have to die, just find the BOTD, get a witch (Rowena would have done it in a heartbeat) and released Lucifer. No running around breaking seals. No being the last seal, just do a spell and BOOM! I really can't blame the writers for that though. It's pretty obvious that the intention was for the BOTD to get Lucifer out in some way.
Then there's this My old friend Crowley. From Lucifer, who was locked in the Cage so long that most demons thought he was a legend. And Crowley was only turned into a demon 300 years ago. And Crowley, very sensibly, stayed as far away from Lucifer as he could when Lucifer was on earth. But Lucy seems to actually know him, so huh? Now it does play with my idea that Crowley isn't really Fairgus but an older demon who for some reason is pretending to be Fairgus instead of whoever he really is.
I loved, loved, loved the scenes between Lucifer and Sam. Both actors are great! Sam was so scared, but confident he was doing the right thing. Lucifer is so malevolent.
They need to speed up Amara and Dean. How long can they stand around while Amara monologs? Get some action going there, not sexy action, but more than just talk. I don't know if Amara tried to suck Dean's soul and couldn't or if she just looked at his luscious lips and decided, I can soul suck later,
Anyway this was way better than I expected from these writers, so a win all around.
