Oh, look at what you did!!! Sam and Eileen have a kid, and if that's not the best present ever for Sam on his birthday, I don't know what is!!! (and I can't help but wonder who the father of Dean's kid is?)

I loved this; seeing the extended generations, and how they bond too, just like their fathers did years before.
