I hate that possible ending. First of all, Baby needs a good home and not some random stranger, the bike doesn't deserve to be trashed like that and neither does the Grand Canyon! Plus, if he kills himself he'll go to hell and that's just not a Good Thing. Unless Sam's there, of course, because they'll whip it into shape in no time, find the back door out of there and kick ass somewhere else.
I'd just like to see them closing Baby's trunk and saying, "We have work to do." And then off down the road they go...
