How about Jefferson (he did love calling the hybrid Jefferson Starships), though since Jensen channelled his inner Dean can called his own kid Zep, I can totally see him doing that to his dog.

If it was a female dog, for some reason I think Dean would call it Lulu.

It's a really good observation. Miracle alway seemed too en pointe for it to be Dean's pick as a name.
He'd be much more earthy. I think he'd love to call the dog Sam, just to get a rise out of Sam.

Zeppelin is cool but 😏, yeah. I like all those names, in fact, if it hadn’t been such a floofy dog. Those seem like badass dog names. I think he might have called it Buddy. It’s simple and that’s the kind of dog it was.
