It's hard for me to name one all time fave, but "What Is" is up there, for sure.

My top five or top ten fluctuate a bit, but I never tire of watching 'What Is...' because of Jensen's performance and the great storyline. The other two that I can watch repeatedly are 'Regarding Dean' and 'Baby'.
