In which life continues to throw Supernatural references my way at every opportunity

Yesterday I pulled into a parking space and noticed the van next to me had a moose airbrushed on the side. (Sadly, no squirrel.) And as I sat there and laughed, a black Impala pulled up on the other side. (A new one. But still.)

And then, today, I was reading responses to the tweet about Mr. Peanut being dead, because some of them were funny. And there was this:

It was a tweet about MR. FREAKING PEANUT. WHY IS DEAN WINCHESTER IN THERE.

Tuesday was National Squirrel Appreciation Day. Maybe that's why it's in the air.

(Oh god, you guys, tonight is 15.10. We're HALFWAY DONE.)

Supernatural is EVERYWHERE.

It really is. Or else I’m just VERY good at making everything about Supernatural.

I don't want to be halfway done.

I'M NOT READY.

I was watching a particularly awful movie last night (The Kitchen), and right there in the middle of the movie the soundtrack bursts out with "Carry On, My Wayward Son". Are other shows even allowed to use that music???? (It's just WRONG). Snort. Because I gotta tell you, it took me right out of the plot....... :)

They use it at the end of Anchorman, which always surprises me. And yes, that does mean I’ve watched Anchorman more than once. {hangs head in shame}

That is so perfect, re: parking situation.

And omg I didn't realize the Mr. Peanut thing wasn't NASCAR-specific LOL. I saw some like, vague Tweets but I assumed at some point peanuts had sponsored a racecar and they weren't re-upping or something low-key like that. XP ARE THEY REALLY GETTING RID OF THE PEANUT MAN.

It is a thing! A marketing thing, but a thing nonetheless. Though I suspect Mr. Peanut will stay dead as long as a Winchester.

It's too painful to think about.

I know!

I'm in total denial.
