My biggest unanswered question also ties in with what I liked...why the ever-living fuck did Sam and Dean hang around with the comatose POTUS at the end? Were they actually waiting to be arrested? BUT I have a kink for our boys handcuffed and helpless - yes, I'm a sick puppy!
This episode was very disappointing but had good moments and hasn't spoiled what's been a great season so far. I'm still excited to see what happens next.

That is one of my biggest questions, too. Part of me wonders if it was poor editing. Maybe the script made it seem like the secret service burst into the room faster, but during the editing stage, the timing got screwed up. But that theory doesn't explain why Dean and Sam didn't just run out of the room with Castiel and what's-her-name.
If this was season 2, I'd assume that the boys intended to get arrested and have some sort of job to do in prison and have an escape plan already in place. But the writing's rarely that clever anymore.
It seemed they were waiting to see if the President was okay, but it also seemed like a very stupid thing to do! Yes, perhaps it was poor editing or just poor writing, but it's set it up for our heroes to be in peril. Quite a cliffhanger - I must admit I'm looking forward to the next episode!
