I liked the beginning and then got confused when Dean killed Death and that threw the rest off for me. I'm still puzzled over how you kill Death? I think J2's knocked it out of the park with the script they were given, just the Death part and I'm not sure what to think about The Darkness.

I actually really, really, really wanted Dean to kill Sam (as awful and terrible as that would be), because we know Sam would come back somehow and it would make for some delicious Winchester angst next season. But whatever. We get the swarmy black demon cloud instead.

Everything in the episode outside of Sam and Dean was kinda (totally) crap. It was like What!? and Huh?? How can they? What? The only thing I care about is that Sam and Dean ended in a good place or as good as it ever gets for them.

If Death wanted the final result - why not just send Dean off and kill S am ahhh even writing about it ahh! NOOOOOoooooooo........

Why is it that suddenly they forgot the beginning of season 8? Are they prettending it didn't happen cause it was s o badly written?

I don't think the coma thing would work, because the Mark has a will of its own, as Death said, and it wants to be sated. Just like it brought Dean back from the dead, just like it basically defended him anytime he was in danger of being killed after that, it would probably just bring anyone who had it who was in a coma, OUT of the coma and back to consciousness, and then THEY'D be the killing machine. :/

ETA: Oh, and I'm not even a little tiny bit convinced that Cain is actually dead. Yeah, Dean killed him, but what happened after that? The Mark probably brought HIM back too, and we'll probably see him again. :P

Excuse me. The Darkness is just stupid and Death blabbing about it and then getting killed WTF does nobody die? Does Dean become the Fourth Horseman? How many people think the writers' FORGOT THAT LITTLE DETAIL, MORONS?

As I was saying, the brother scene was pure gold and I cried my eyes out. I knew neither Cas nor Crowley would die because they're both on the new CW SPN promo poster. Which is lame.
