I felt the whole "get off my lawn" wasn't anti-immigration, so much as a) I'm an old mother-fucker who is unthinkably older than you and b) was around the last time you Brits got kicked out of America. I am so sad to see him dead, because he was amazingly fun on screen and I love his presence.
Okay, I like that better.
My husband and I went back and forth on the vampire genocide, because Lenore, but also because Lenore season 6, wherein everyone gave in sooner or later, and also because no more vampires = no more anyone ending up in Lenore's shoes. We still haven't decided on which side we fall.
I can see Dean being on that side of the argument, but I don't think our true Sam would ever say kill them all.
I did like that both Ketch and Mick (I think, can't remember his name so much) got fleshed out more here, but MAN am I unimpressed with the BMoL.
They actually did get a lot done before this blindingly incompetent adventure. It's like their knowledge is deep but narrow.
