I disliked this episode overall, because I am among those who hate the whole Lucifetus plotline. And it concerns me that it's going to be born on the finale, because that suggests a clifffhanger that will continue the angel-demon drama in S13.
Also, how is it possible that Cas has STILL not learned that any time he thinks he's doing the right thing, he's not. Every single time he has one of those impulses, he should do the exact opposite. I'm way beyond ready to be rid of Cas. He doesn't have to die, just go to Heaven and fucking stay there.
I thought the music was a bit heavy-handed in this episode. Otherwise, nice directing by Amanda Tapping.
