I just watched, and have to run out, so no big commentary, just a couple things.
I think Dean-as-Michael is weird, and the character suffers from the same problem most of the big bads on Show do - they always have too much power, the writers have no idea how to deal with that, and they give them too much pointless monologueing to make them seem Big and Bad.
I despise the hat. I love the shoes. And the ties, and collar pins, and waistcoats. :D
I have no clue, anymore, why Castiel has no powers, and it's annoying. Another thing the writers fucked up because they don't know how to write big power characters.
The Koran (Quran) *does* have angels, Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Azrael in particular, along with a host of others. They're not quite the same in Islam as they are in Xianity, but still known beings. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angels_in_Islam#Individual_angels

I hate, loathe, despise, and am baffled by Nick. I am so fucking bored of Lucifer, have been since halfway through his 'return' way back in whatever season that was (four?). I'm just so done. BAH. At least they twigged to Sam (and Mary), not being comfortable around him but ....gah. So done.
Overall, though, i enjoyed it and it was cool, and i look forward to more. Sam's Beard of Mourning is magnificent.
