Michael says he knows all about her, because "the other angel" knew all about her. Lucifer? Is he talking about Lucifer?
Michael said "I know about you, Jo, because he knew about you." He points to his head as he says this. He's talking about Dean.
The demons fear Sam, because they just saw him kill Kip. That, and his reputation as a "legend". Sam stood up to them, and they weren't going to stick around and face him.
Nick will probably end up being Michael's vessel. I don't see a point to bringing him back, unless it's for this.
