Yeah, all of that. And do we really think that Sam is going to help lock Dean in the box and dump him in the Pacific Ocean? The former maybe but not the latter where there would be no chance of retrieval.
I wondered too if Dean would die in the box or if Michael's grace would keep him alive. The writers got something up their sleeve.
