I didn't see it that way then, either, but I can see this now. I thought it was weird for Sam to be repeating along to the Latin she was saying. Out of place. You know when else he's randomly just done something like that? When Lucifer prompted him to read the medical report in Repo Man. His hallucinations tend to talk him through things he already knows.
