I liked the episode and was pretty impressed by the special effects, the storm Amara whips up, the stuff around the cage. I was not at all surprised to see Luci -- I think they gave that away with the Young Papa Winchester scene in Baby. But I was thrilled that Sam didn't agree to be Lucifer's vessel. I really thought he would. Man, Jared kicked fucking ass I that scene, didn't he?
