I noticed that Metatron looked sad and crushed too, and wondered why. He obviously knows something we don't. All is not as it seems...
And I love the idea that Dean's the housekeeper; that he cooks, cleans, does the ironing etc. I also like the idea that they split the chores, like Dean does the ironing, but Sam does the laundry. Maybe Dean cooks, but Sam does the dishes. I love these little details that this season is giving us.
