The nephilim/waitress in Clip Show said she just wanted to live her life, so presumably she was either lying or nephilim aren't necessarily evil. Cas once called Sam an abomination as well so that doesn't mean a thing.
If I were pregnant with Lucifer's child, however, I would at the very least be praying for a miscarriage. That's not a chance I'd want to take. The fact is what happened was rape. Lucifer misrepresented who he was. She did not consent to have sex with him. As usual, the show doesn't appear to be taking that seriously. I just don't buy the whole, "It's my babbee" crap that Kelly is currently spewing -- unless the fetus has some kind of supernatural influence on her. Either way, she isn't carrying a human fetus. I'm just thoroughly creeped out by the entire storyline. *shudders* My guess is that Buckner/Ross-Leming are going for a Rosemary's Baby/Damian narrative.
Also, I don't recall anyone saying they were putting Lucifer back into the Cage? Correct me if I'm mistaken on that, but all I recall is that they were sending him to hell. If so, what's to keep him there?
Yeah, I don't think there's any reason to believe nephilim are inherently bad. It's just that Angels don't want them to happen. Could be cool if this one grows up to be s mini Sam, fighting against its destiny.

Me too, she seemed awfully calm for someone who'd been raped by the devil and was carrying his 'child'!
