Are you wishing for a glimpse of Dean's anti-possession tattoo? Or for Jensen's monstrosity shoulder tattoo? And now they have new ones, matching, with JDM, which by its description likely looks something like the Crips crown.
I liked the scenes with Chuck and Amara, she seems to think he's a whiny, needy, petulant brat like the rest of us do!
The ghosts were extremely unspooky and annoying. Jack the Ripper was more like a bored headmaster than a psycho serial killer.
I loved Dean being angry at the whole freakin' mess they're in, and rightly so. And Cas should know him well enough by now to leave him alone while he grieves.
I like the connection between the godholes! I hope this will be an interesting story line.
My least favorite part? THE WRITING. SO LAME. Seriously. Have these writers even watched the show or read the other scripts? Why have them made Our Heroes so unobservant! They should be knocking most of this shit out of the park by now!
a) I think Cas didn't heal Ketch because fuck that guy, I'll save my watts for the Winchesters.
b) Tumbelly spelled out disemboweled because the woman he'd just killed was nattering on about her daughter making it to the spelling bee right before he stabbed her.
The one thing I will give Rowena's flirting... it's nice to see a woman be as sexually active as Dean is and not be treated particularly differently for it - no slut shaming other than Sam's ongoing discomfort with having to watch people flirt in front of him.
Yeah...pretty much the only question I can answer is the first one...the answer to which is 'it was okay'...as to the rest? Honestly, I've pretty much forgotten the entire episode already. I mean, I didn't hate it, but yeah, nothing really grabbed me. I hope they're just lulling us into complacency before whamming us with something awesome. I'm a glass half full kinda gal. :D
