What I was kind of hoping for was for Cas to try to kill Dean and for the MOC to be all "screw your angel powers, my wearer is immortal" and for Dean to just not die.

I theorize that Metatron's Lee Harvey reference is that Cas will be a patsy that will take the blame and be the bad guy, which is exactly what Metatron had planned.

For the rest, I'm scared that Dean will kill Sam but not that scared since if Sam or Dean die it won't be much of a season ten.

Lee Harvey I thought was as mentioned above. Cas was being set up (there was someone else in the bushes!). Though looks like JFK was accidentally killed by one of his bodyguards so, not sure what that makes Lee now...

No difference between angels and reapers. Which SUCKS!

I've only been spoiled for statements about the end and I suppose it depends on what those statements mean to you personally. The only thing that will match them (for me) is Sam killing Dean. It's the only thing that will make any sense of this season. If Sam kills Dean in order to save him it not only ties into 9.01 and the other other where he said "same circumstances, I wouldn't save you' AND way back to S2 when Dean was told he had to kill or save Sam. (Or the world could explode).

My thinking anyway. Any other scenarios will likely fall very flat to me. But I'm prepared to be surprised.

I hadn't thought about it until seeing your options but now I think Dean and Sam will simultaneously kill each other, Cas will supernova killing everything they didn't and God resets everything for a do over because he didn't like the outcome.
